First off I called my order in....got there and paid for it and waited 20 mins. Still standing near the window I asked the young lady how much longer for a call in order. She asked me to repeat my order then she reached on the bottom shelf and said it's right here. I said that has been down there at least 15 mins. She said you haven't been here 15 mins. I looked at my receipt it was 22 mins . The owner said it's not cold I just dropped that so I asked her to let me touch it. Of course it was cold. The owners rude ass said I'm not making it again. I said give me my money back. The girl at the counter apologized and I said it's ok it happens some times when you get busy. But I'm going somewhere else. The manager then asked me if I wanted another order that was on the counter. I said ok. I shouldn't have cause that shit was cold. The chicken soft and the fries hard. I will never buy from them again. The owner is a rude ass person with no respect who doesn't deserve to be in Our country. I'm so sick of some of these arrogant ass Arabic ass wholes treating us rudely. Not all are this rude just some.

This shit is nasty af the customer service is rude the manager gets upset and likes to argue with the customers when he is busy I told him my phone got disconnected and he argued with me and hung up on me when I was jst tryna make sure that my order was taken I didn’t give the girl my name yet before my phone hung up and while I was on hold for 4 minutes.....smh I would never spend anymore money in this establishment he doesn’t respect black ppl and that’s where all his business comes from he don’t respect black females because why would a manager argue with a female jst checking on the order and kindly saying my phone got disconnected he NAW YOU HUNG UP BUT ANYWAYS wtf naw I dnt want shit I’m good on that bs and I hope my ppl stop buying that shit and spend they money at an establishment where they are friendly and ppl don’t feel bad about spending they money there FUCK YOUR FOOD U LOST A CUSTOMER AND U CAN BET U WILL LOOSE MORE U ARE NOT THE ONLY SHARKS IN TOWN ITS OTHERS AND PLENTY LIKE U

Taste da 219 got the best food around town this trash they serving has to stop ...they shrimp is not quality and chicken has no flavor other then that lemon pepper they tricken y'all with lmao they won't put that shit on there table at home but they will give it to you
