Who would think that those tarts are gluten-free, without refined sugar, vegan and raw? Seriously, the colors and flavors are so well-thought and balanced that it makes every bite worthwhile. The cakebar is cosy and really quiet to sit in lazily to enjoy a flower (bleu !) latte and a delicious and nutritious bite. We also tried the flower granola (with real flowers in it) and the banana brea. We recommand our tart ("Lime Light" for a touch of acidity and "It's like salmiak" for chocolate lovers).
Everyone should try this place whether you are following a "healthy" diet or simply seeking new tastes and flavor.
The team is also super nice, we can't wait to come back and try their lunch at their new place just nearby "Sharp sharp everyday".
