They are fraud and liars. I live in Burlington, and last night i placed an order for Lazeez shawarma and had no idea that uber is showing me hamilton branch. but as soon as it placed the order and showed me that its coming from hamilton. i immediately cancelled it. It was a snow storm and i didn’t wanted the rider to be stuck. i have pictures showing proof of it. But this restaurant charged the full amount that they prepared the food. I think my fault was to be considerate towards the restaurant and rider that they will be stuck and won't be able to deliver. Now i think people do that because then they will be refunded back due to non delivery and give damn to restaurant loss and riders stucking.
