I tried the Queen Shawarma at Shawarma Royale and was a bit disappointed. For a place with “Royale” in the name, the portion size felt smaller than the regular shawarmas you get at many other shawarma spots. The options for sauces and veggies were also quite limited compared to other places, which made the wrap feel pretty basic. Because of that, the overall flavor wasn’t very exciting and didn’t really stand out. Unfortunately, the taste and quantity together didn’t justify the price for me. I was expecting something better given the name and reputation, but overall it was just average. Update: Thank you for responding. I did email the details as requested, but unfortunately I never received any follow-up or response from the team. Since then, it has been about 3 months and I have not returned for another order. I appreciate that you acknowledged the feedback, but customer concerns also need follow-through. I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the experience for future customers.

I visited this location on a Saturday night and they were really busy. I ordered the Queen chicken meal that I got in about 20 minutes so no complaints there. When I got my order though, the fries were barely warm. I have had shawarma wraps from a lot of places, nationally and internationally, and the quantity of chicken in this wrap was just sad. Flavour wise it was Ok. I have been to their other location in Milton and and it’s a day and night difference. The customer service was good. Not returning to this location as there are far better options nearby. **Correction: it was Beef & Lamb meal** Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Asked for hot sauce to replace the veggies: they gave me 3 hot sauces and an extra garlic sauce. Really good customer service right there. Fries are perfect. Cooked to perfection. The shawarma wraps are so delicious. Like genuinely so good. I’m addicted to the king box as somebody who isn’t a fan of veggies Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
