After a walk around Middleton Arena, many visitors stop by this restaurant. Many guests come here to enjoy good shawarma. A lot of people suppose that the staff is efficient at this place. Honestly the service at this place is appalling! We just been in waiting nearly 50 mins for one kebab and some rice. Two men behind the counter faffing about have no idea what they doing! Asked for a refund and walked out what a load of nonsense also would help of they speak at least a bit of English! Also I saw one with gloves on cutting kebab meat then picking it up then touching items off the salad bar area without changing his gloves that’s cross contamination thanks for wasting nearly an hour of my lunch break what a complete joke I don’t know who runs this place but you need to sort this out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Fresh quality food. But not this time. The meat shawarma was replaced by donner, my mixed wrap was a mixed donner kebab -and chips were cold. Standards have dropped. What we bought today is not how it used to be. Should have gone back to return it instead of throwing it in the bin.
