It's a pity, the staff is courteous as a number of guests mention. Good service is something that visitors would like to improve here. This restaurant got negative comments because of the appalling atmosphere. Shaya hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

I would have given it a 0 star if possible for cuisine. We ordered grilled meat. It's very hard but not only that as if you are eating plastic. + 0 taste. It was a complete disaster. I have never such a bad experience in any other restaurants in Riyadh. Do not waste your money here. I asked the waiter after that and he confirmed that the meat is frozen. I really still cannot imagine they sell such a thing that cannot be considered food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 60–80 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

So this place is not cheap for the very low quality of food they serve i used to love their food years ago so I ordered grilled dishes for the whole family and we were very disappointed my kids refused to eat the meat was burnt, tasteless and not even pure meat it's clear that they mix it with some grain to increase the quantity. Will never eat here again. Do not recommend. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SAR 40–60 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Vegetarian options: No main dishes only appetizers
