Shebeen Wick offers a distinctive dining experience in the heart of Wick, nestled at 31 Lower Dunbar Street. It's an intriguing spot that's not thoroughly represented in the usual restaurant directories, except for a minimal setup on Google. Shebeen Wick distinguishes itself through a secretive supper club atmosphere, where evenings are sprinkled with amazing freshly sourced dishes and a jolly time. Guests have recounted their visits as memorable, filled with delightful food and hearty interactions.

Accessibility is a key feature at Shebeen Wick. Equipped with wheelchair-accessible facilities and gender-neutral toilets, it welcomes a diverse range of guests. The restaurant's offerings include a full bar experience with spirits, wine, beer, and coffee available. Ambience-wise, it's described as both cosy and casual, making it a versatile venue for different types of gatherings.

Service-wise, the focus here is on dine-in options with lunch and dinner being the main fishing points. While they cater to groups and accept reservations, details about their operating hours remain uncertain. Moreover, provisions are made for parking, with free street parking nearby. Pets, specifically dogs, are allowed, making it a convenient choice for those dining with furry companions.

A brilliant takeaway dinner from when I went friday night to David & Kirsty's shebeen. Tasty prawns in a to die for chili garlic lime sauce, fresh & yummy tomato & quinoa salad, flavourful truffle parmesan chips, the main event being the truffled home-grown mushroom ricotta pizza, & sticky toffee pudding that was eaten before I had the chance to take a photo... All extremely tasty, flavourful & generous portions! Great chat with David & Kirsty as well, who were also very acommodating when I needed to charge my dead phone, very lovely people. Hope to see more opening times for their place soon! There is truly not many places like this in Caithness. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Exceptional bank holiday lunch at David & Kirsty's wee shebeen. A wee gem tucked up the cobbles from Wick Harbour at the Blackstairs. Light and fresh starter & salad followed by butterflied prawn Balinese curry with rice. Pudding to die for, chocolate brownie with cream, fruit and sauce - need I say more. Got a great chat and drinks with the other diners as well. We look forward to the next one! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

A truly unique dining experience! Our evening at the Secret Shebeen Supperclub was filled with phenomenal food, loads of laughters, and entertaining stories. Despite the fact that we didn’t know anyone else at the table, it felt like we were at a dinner party with close friends (with the bonus of having an incredible locally sourced dinner cooked for us). It was the kind of experience you will keep telling everybody about! A big thank you to chef David Buchanan and Kirsty for being amazing hosts and welcoming us to Blackstairs House. We will most definitely be back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
