After six years of living all over London I can safely say this is the best pub around. Friendly staff, fantastic Guinness (probably the best I’ve had outside of Ireland), lovely landlord, good food (Irish Stew and Sunday Roast are especially lush) local hometown pub feel. In a city that is increasingly corporate and unoriginal The Sheephaven Bay is a bastion of what a proper pub should be.
