As many visitors state, coffee is really delicious. Guests don't like chicken at Sheetz. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is appealing here. According to the clients, the main problem of this place is the unprofessional service. Here you will pay average prices. But google users rated this spot and it didn't achieve a high rating.

I’m disgusted at this point. 1:26am and watched as they prepped their meals. First the one doing the milkshakes no gloves and has his hands all on the lids to make the shakes. Then to witness not one employee handling the meals they were cooking change their gloves not once was unbelievable. As I watched them throw trash away with gloves then pull their pants up and touch each door with the same gloves and continue to make peoples meals I sat baffled.

This gas station is the best setup as far as time efficiency is concerned. The employees here are always so helpful and polite but not overly .. great experience and definately recommend mtn dew slushy when the machine is working. Prices are on medium to high side of retail but that is to be expected for the convenience. The gas quality is on point . I am going to give this location 9.3/10 very solid score... if mtn dew slushy machine had been working would have been a 10.

Hey Sheetz, it is currently the middle of a snow storm here in Ohio, and most other businesses have closed already due to the snow, there are 2, literally 2 employees here. They are both busting their butts to make food orders, drink orders, and take care of the front counter. Current food wait time is 40-45 minutes and according to the order board there are 24 orders being prepared. These 2 employees are the entire reason that Sheetz is as awesome as it is. These employees are giving it their all, 110%. They should be rewarded for their dedication to the company, yes it is their job... But these two deserve all the praise in the world. Just my .02.Thank you both for the amazing job and dedication to the Sheetz name.
