I wanted to complain regarding the difficulties I over come in the store # 540 the customer services is horrible they argue with the customers and in top Of that you ask for a manager and the person with the t- shirt assigned ask a manager they deny to have that position in order for them not to listen your complaints

Here we go I normally do not give bad reviews I like to be fair and what not, picking up an order as a dasher order is 2 packs of cigarettes restricted items. I arrived at this Sheetz location to receive the order following going to the counter for assistance I am greet by one MS. Kari she doesn’t know me and I do not know her. At first here I am standing in line waiting patiently behind another customer directly in the line of sight of MS Kari. She makes eye contact with me clearly my presence disturbs her that’s fine not sure why but it did, another customer then walks up on the right hand side with the line forming on the left. Following the customer in front of me I am next in line but I am skipped which is okay , I am waiting patiently and now I arrived at the counter to retrieve the order. I am asked for my ID that’s fine yes this is a restricted order. Now here’s is where my problem is. This is the official state of North Carolina issued driver license and clearly was seen as such my birthday is clearly displayed and is able to be read I’m not understand why MS Kari decided to not only not read the date of birth rather so wanted to see what I looked like and determine my gender which again is my information and my privacy deeply disturbed by the actions that I witnessed. But again it is okay I just know for next time that I should avoid this as a black mixed trans ️. Thank you for the experience and knowledge have a lovely day
