Guests don't like hot dogs and milkshakes at Sheetz. The friendly staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Good service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Most people highlight that prices are low for what you get. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Men's bathroom was disgusting it had tobacco from a black and mild and toilet paper all over the floor and smelled of weed, not only that but after I ordered and payed for my food I watched the workers sit there and talk while they had 2 orders waiting to be made (they were not busy) and 30 minutes earlier my coworker ordered food and was given something completely different than what he had ordered

Walked in late at night and wanted two slushies and when I went to pay the lady which I think was the manager said it’s okay have a good night. The service is always great here and it was a kind gesture

I went to this Sheetz tonight to put air in my tire, it was the third gas station I had tried for air. My boyfriend went outside and started to put air in my tire but instead of putting air into my tire it was taking air OUT of my tire and then I had a flat tire and I could not drive on it.I went inside and there was no employees at the front counter, when I talked to someone it was tallish skinny older man and I asked him if the pump outside was malfunctioning he said yes and that it had been all day. So this employee was aware that the air pump was malfunctioning and made no effort so put any type of sign on the air pump that it was malfunctioning. I told him what happened with my tire and just said “yeah I don’t know” and I asked if anyone there at least knew how to change a tire and he said he didn’t know and asked this other woman and she said she knew how to change a tire and she helped me out my spare on my car and even showed my boyfriend how to do it. The woman was very nice and helpful and she said she didn’t know the air pump wasn’t working or she would have put a sign on it and after she helped me outside she said she was going to print a paper that said the air pump wasn’t working. To me that it the most upsetting is that the employee I first talked to was aware the pump was not working and made no effort to let anyone know it wasn’t working, now I’m driving on a spare tire and have to go get and pay for new tire ( if they had out a sign I would have never tired to use the pump and I would not be out a tire now and now have to spend money that I shouldn’t have had to spend in the first place because they couldn’t do a simple task. I want nothing from this I am just trying to leave a review so that management knows ( if they even see this ) so make sure that employees know that if the air pump is down to make sure a sign gets out on it so that no one uses it.
