Guests don't like chicken and milkshakes at Sheetz. The great location of this place makes it easy to reach by any transport. From the guests' viewpoint, the staff is nice here. If you want to experience spectacular service, you should go to this spot. Prices are found fair here. But most visitors who use Google didn't grant Sheetz a high rating.

If I could rate it lower than 1, I would. Customer Service is non-existent. The employees are so slow I had to go check their pulse to make sure they were alive. The food was low grade fast food quality. It took 45 minutes for them to make 5 slider burgers and a sub sandwich. HORRIBLE!!!! 0/10

Excellent cappuccino selection I blended Creme Brulee and French Vanilla and it was so very good. Just a bit sweet.

Terrible experience with an employee tonight. Me and some friends decided to visit after a football game and get some food. We walked inside and sat at a table in the back as we waited for a few others to come in from their cars. Within a MINUTE of us sitting down an employee dressed in a red Sheetz shirt walks around the corner and starts yelling at us. She was like “you guys need to order food RIGHT NOW or leave”. She gave us literally LESS than TWO seconds to process and respond to what she said so we like sat there for a second obviously confused. She then screams “Okay I’m calling the cops” and then turns around walks back to the counter. Me and my girlfriend went up to try to explain to her what we were doing and she kept cutting us off saying “I already pressed the button”. I’ve been a long time customer of Sheetz and I find that this behavior from the employee was absolutely disrespectful and unacceptable. I will not return to dine at this location again.
