Horrible service, kitchen mismanaged at very low volume time. I waited 30 min for a coffee drink. The machine wasn’t cleaned at 4am on a weekday in an AM-intense work area right before 1st shift. Staff lounging away from counter. No teamwork. Customers standing looking stunned. Bad look.

I love Sheetz in general, and this one, while chaotic, is an Amazon drop off center. Touch less, even. Just a UPS or Fed Ex drop box. The parking lot is crazy- be very careful entering and exiting. It seems to be a truck stop as well as a gas station, convenience store AND an Amazon drop off location. It is on a small but busy road, across from the Re-Store, with a traffic light that can get backed up, so be prepared, and alert.
