Without asking the lady put the most expensive type of fuel in our rental car, even though we told her it is a rental small car and obviously not a Lamborghini. We ended up paying 30% more than we should have.

Staff is friendly indeed, however, if you’re not driving a banged-up old car be very careful and don’t allow the staff to fill it up - they scratched my car with the hose as they put on top of the paint over the boot (trunk for AmE speaking folk). Thanks for the damage!
