Hi There, those opening hours apply to the pump itself, not the store. The store has separate opening hours, but you can refuel 24/7 through self-service.

The machines never work properly, the bays are plagued with all sorts of problems. One time almost no soap comes out of the brush, and another it just ‘spits’ very little foam. I tried to contact Shell, but nobody seems to exist in their customer service area. I never received a response so was forced to do a reverse on all my card transactions.
