I filled my car which costs €35.93 on 24.01.2026 at 07:36. I have my receipt with me. But when i check my balance they charged €125 and contact number is not working. No one is opening the phone. How am i supposed to fix this?

Refused to start our pump at 10 minutes before closing because she insisted we had to use the one with the card payment at the pump. But we can’t use that one. Worthless.

⸻ Shell Hobbemakade 120A – very disappointing. There is access for boats but absolutely no proper refueling service. You’re forced to use jerry cans in the Netherlands, the country of boats, that makes no sense ‍. With the fuel prices we pay here, you’d expect at least some facilities for boat owners.
