I am very disappointed with the service of that gas station. We wanted to pay €0.5 for the toilet which was actually in use, however the service lady from Shell immediately came and told us that "You are not allowed to use toilet" . We told its in use why you don't allow us, she told "because I don't want you to use it" with a very rude attitude. We were in shock with that aggressive respond from a service personnel.

A very aggressive and rude service woman blocked us to use toilet even if we pay for the service. She responded us that she don't want us to use the toilet. We told her that toilet in use why we can not use? She told that because she doesn't want us to use it. Worst service ever we are all in shock.
