Do not fuel here. Dishonest place. I went to fill up with diesel at pump 9. It wasn’t working, so I went inside to ask if it was a pre-pay pump. I was told no, it should work normally. I went back — still not working. I returned inside and asked again why I couldn’t fuel up. The employee, clearly annoyed by the question, told me it was a pump that required a specific card. I tried again, it still didn’t work. I moved to another pump and fueled normally. Total amount: €40.02 (I was actually trying to stop exactly at €40). When I went inside to pay and gave my pump number, the cashier showed €53+ on the screen. I told them that couldn’t be right. After a dismissive response and being told to wait, the €53 amount suddenly disappeared and was replaced by €40.00 instead of €40.02. Very suspicious experience and extremely poor customer service. Whether it was a system issue or not, the handling of the situation was unprofessional and confidence-destroying. I would not fuel here again, even if I had no other option. Very disappointing.
