The staff is said to be patient here. But many clients who use Google didn't grant Shell a high rating.

The station where I bought fuel on October 11th was a necessity in the region, but the pump staff was very untrained and rude. Today, while I was fueling up, a tall, white-haired pump driver walked slowly to my vehicle with tea in one hand and his other hand in his pocket. Such actions do not suit the Shell name.

You have no life security. Staff Esma Hanım is smoking near the pump. He states that he always does this when warned.

I was trying hard not to get into a fight with the tall brunette friend. I think the necessary action should be taken and you should not buy fuel from here. I do not recommend it. I bought the fuel at around 10.23.
