It was a place where I always bought fuel because it was on my way. As someone who always prefers Shell stations for the oil change of my vehicle, I saw that it was time for an oil change and I wanted to have this process done here. I asked the oil change staff that I had an oil filter with me and to use this spare filter when changing the oil. The staff who changed the oil replied, "Then you will pay for a labor" with the attitude of industrial tradesmen that I have not seen in any shell station. Due to this attitude of the staff, I do not use this station in any way, even if I have to. Employees need to be supervised/warned. Attitudes that are very far from institutionalism do not give confidence at all. I wanted to share it as an idea for those who want to use this station (at least for oil change).
