I mean the staff is very rude, it's a quality gas station car wash, the self-washing areas are very nice, the space is large, I like it, I deducted 1 star because of the staff, thank you.

Shell stations are not given less than 3 stars. The reason for this rating, which varies between 3 and 5, is service, friendliness and hygiene. If it's 3 stars, one of them is missing.
