Unfortunately, the staff is boorish as most guests mention. According to the guests' opinions, Shell is well known for its disappointing service. A number of visitors who use Google didn't grant this place a high rating.

Lol. Who writes a review for a tank Stop. Me i guess. It was decent when i was there. Staff a little grumpy as usual. No food, but i didnt expect them to have it. No oven or Microwave to heat my food Up. But i didnt expect them to have it. Just as regular as it gets. That is okay.

Very unfriendly and bad-tempered cashier who yells at me because I dare not put my shell card down and instead hold it in my hand to scan it. Never this gas station again!!! What a bad service. I prefer to fill up at Aral in Riem.
