Just stopped for fuel and to purchase a couple of things. When I returned to my car I found one of my items was not in the bag provided by the cashier. Returned to the store to question and collect, to be told that she couldn’t do anything other than to call the manager (off-site). I spoke to the manager who said that she would have to check CCTV, I was out of the store for approx one minute. She refused to refund or replace item, and suggested I return the next day, I responded with it wasn’t possible, she was then rude, spoke over me when I tried to explain, and said there was nothing more she would do. I asked the helpful cashier for a contact number for the site owner, or Shell which she wasn’t able to provide, and when she asked the manager for it she refused to provide it. Be careful when purchasing anything here, and check you have everything you purchase before you leave, the manager Iwona is unhelpful and downright rude, basically suggesting that I tried to defraud them, in reality I am out of pocket, and they are the defrauders.
