A friend of mine lost her iPhone and her “Find my iPhone” app showed it in your store. The person there denied being able to speak English and refused to let the accompanying police officer locate my friend’s phone in your store, despite it clearly being shown as located there. You need to sort you staff out Shell. Customer’s do not need being ripped off by the like of you. Shame. Anyone who attends your gas station needs to keep a keen eye on their personal belongings! Again - shame!!!
