Very unprofessional staff as just asked for coffee as mechine was not working and the way she talked back I really don’t believe if there was a male staff that will be different situation

just been charged £39.50 for 10 litres of add blue at Maidstone bound site, if this is across the whole of shell then I will start getting it else where as its £10.99 at Tesco for 10 litres
