Card readers went down had to go get cash and then got shorted on my change because the lady didnt want to open up the bag of pound coins

This is not good. Last week, an old lady got something stuck in her tyre. It blocked the exit to the A road roundabout. She came into the shell garage to ask for help. The staff seemed to make out like they couldn't understand her. She was clear. Can someone please help me? I've driven over something. She said. Several times. They made out like they couldn't understand. Maybe they couldn't. But how do they deal with 100s of transactions and enquiries a day?! Anyway, i helped. Happy to as well. Lovely lady. We dealt with police and RAC. RAC was not very helpful. If she was alone, it would have confused her and not helped. We spoke to them together on speaker phone. Anyway she got sorted and texted me 3 hours later to say she was finally home. The staff did not once offer her a drink or a chair to sit and wait. Just ignored her for 3 hours. I returned a week or so later on another job and asked the staff if they remembered. One replied. We don't care, so what. For me, this is not good.
