I've just come from refueling in Basel at the Shell on Flughafenstrasse. I wanted to pay, gave 120 francs and would have liked to get a 50th back! The man at the checkout said it was a good thing and closed the checkout?! I had to stand up for my rights, which is not possible at all! If a cashier is spread out like that, he'd better be working somewhere else! I'm really disappointed... Best regards R.M.

The employees are very friendly. I like being there because I feel welcome. The car wash is a big problem on the station! It should be renewed or the prices should be reduced. The quality of the laundry is simply not worth at least 12 francs.
