After pumping and paid I asked for WC, the cassier boy told that it is staff only, in the shell clubsmart app it shows there is WC there. I think he just doesn't want customers to use toilet, unbelievable!

I’ve always preferred shell over other gas station. Yesterday I’ve bought a Vuse electronic cigarette and it was completely broken. It was not even charging. So I decided to go and exchange it today to a working one. A guy at counter told me that is not his problem, that is a Vuse problem their device is not working. Ok guys I got your politics and I want to tell you - from today on I’m not buying anything at your store nor gas, nor electronics, nor food, nor washing my car. You just lost a super loyal customer for as little as 29 euro. Keep going and will get no one in no time.
