If you look through the visitors' comments, the staff is nice at Shell. Terrific service is something that guests would like to improve here. Google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

Third time the store opens late. 06:00 and nobody to be seen. Last time, a young lady couldn't get the door open. The pumps weren't on either. Service is different.
