The staff is courteous that's what makes Shell so nice. Most guests highlight that the service is fine. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

Waste of time .. they left a note on glass that they will come back soon , we had to wait 30 min freezing at -15 and at the end no one came. Switch off and close your station when you cant serve people
