Many visitors suppose that the staff is efficient at Shell. Nice service is something that guests highlight in their reviews. But google users rated this place and it didn't get a high rating.

Just super disappointing about a week ago when it was over 35 degrees in Berlin, I wanted to buy something to drink with my wife! Now comes the kicker when we wanted to pay at the checkout, the cashier told us that she didn't want to accept my money because the note had a small tear. To be turned away at such temperatures because the banknote has a small tear is an impudence!! So to the Shell team from Großbeerenstr. Rethink and work on your service.
