Upon entering the store to purchase gas, Caleb was already pre occupied on his phone. So occupied, he didn't even notice I was standing right in front of him. Now, this isn't the first time this has happened with this employee and not noticing me, the customer, upon entering the gas station. I'd also like to mention, when I was grabbing a drink. I saw Caleb pick his nose and touch the register. I personally feel this employee shouldn't be working here due to his lack of interest- or atleast that's what his posture and lack of attention proves and shows. Good luck, the gas station up the road is cheaper and the employees are far more attentive.

These people are will do anything for money. Even if its 15 cents. Its ridiculous. They wouldn't accept my 15 cents off per gallon bc they "updated" their system. I have my points connected to my card and it should be taken off automatically. Well it shows my card was declined and the lady said my points was declined not the transaction. I highly suggest you go to another shell gas station that will actually accept their reward system. The only person thats great here is the guy who works late at night. Everyone else is so incompetent.
