Shell Cafe is recommended for the efficient staff. The cool service is something these restaurateurs care about. You will certainly like the calm atmosphere.

This is a disgrace. 2 clueless men running around like headless chicken, having no idea what's happening and what they are supposed to do. The place is dirty, with cockroaches crawling on the floor. Cafe has frappes on the menu, but when u order they say powder finished. The one frappe they made is horrible - way too sweet and watery, unlike any othed shell cafe frappes. Whatever u ask, u get no answer, they just look at each other and walk away from u. Do urself a favor, skip this shell and their untrained staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
