The Shell Café recently reopened on campus with new offerings. Unlike in early COVID times, it is now possible to access the main body of the café, which features a grab-and-go cabinet, a grill station, and a salad bar. I got the carrot and fennel soup, which was okay. The pricing is much better than it used to be, except they don’t list the prices on the signs. Overall, I’m happy with my first look at the revamped Shell! It’s worth checking out if you work on WashU’s campus. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
