To try perfectly cooked fried chicken is a truly good idea. The disorganized staff is the only thing that can spoil your evening at Shell. Professional service is what some visitors point out characterizing this place. Here you will pay good prices. But this spot is not highly estimated by Google users who provided it a below average rating.

I have been overcharged. I purchased 4 chicken wings, 2 thighs, medium slurry and $8.00 in lottery tickets. How does that add up to 29.31? I've called the store 12 times. No one answered the phone. I want to know how this happened and why the people there doesn't answer the phone. I live in Dallas, NC.. The chicken is very good. Cashier not so much.

The cashiers at this location are so unprofessional and rude. One of them had the audacity to tell me I’m holding her line up like she got somewhere else to be. Then got the nerve to call me broke cause i had to transfer funds, like she ain’t working at the damn Shell. Work on your customer service.
