The person at the counter forced me to pay twice for the petrol, embarrassed me , wasted my time and the whole experience was rather threatening I have since disputed the transaction with the bank & made an official complain to Shell. I will strongly discourage everyone from using this place and to check your bank account details after any purchase since they are stealing money from their customers.
