So I've been into the shell quite a few times in Davis and I went in to use the bathroom. Yes, but I was thinking about getting a snack. I just didn't see anything I wanted and this guy had the nerve to say to me. I have to ask first before I use the bathroom now. Isn't this a franchise? Why are people so rude? I think that's the first time that I went in and use the bathroom and didn't buy something. So I won't be returning back to this shell and people should realize customer service is important. You lose customers when you act like a jerk

While I was using their car wash, it stopped working suddenly somehow. I asked for a refund, but the cashier refused to give it to me and started fighting and blaming me. Super BAD customer service!
