RUBBISH PAYMENT SYSTEM INSTRUCTIONS AT VACUUM! STAFF NOT INTERESTED IN HELPING AND KNOW FULL WELL INSTRUCTIONS ARE INADEQUATE. I swiped and tapped my card but vacuum machine did not work. Sale said it was cancelled but it charged 5 times £2 plus £10 for fragrance which lasted minute and switched machine off early. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! FRUSTRATED WITH DEALING WITH STAFF THAT I KNOW COME ACROSS SAME PROBLEM EVERY WEEK BUT CAN'T BE BOTHERED TO FIX IT.
