Went in for fuel, checked my phone to see what money off way available before I started fuel, all to my dismay and embarrassmentstaff whilst serving a customer decided to embarrass me via the tannoy to inform me not to use my phone. I hadn't even started taking fuel. I got the shock of my life, even worse when I got in to explain she ignored my explanation, continued with other things she wanted to speak about. I only go to shell for the loyalty scheme it is one of the most expensive fuel. I wasn't happy at all.
