I stop in here quite often when I deliver in town. I find the staff are always friendly and store is well stocked. Clean rest rooms and store. I prefer the coffee from honey dew but now it’s a different establishment called Marylou’s coffee. It was ok.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! You have lost our business for good. My husband went to this store at 9:20 PM on 8/20. This store is open 24 hours. He went in knowing this for a propane tank exchange since we are staying at a campground TEN minutes from here and it’s going to be a cold night and we wanted to make sure we had a spare tank of propane to heat the camper that our TWO YEAR OLD TWINS will be sleeping in. God forbid you expect the woman working there tonight to do her job. She was incredibly rude and acted like he was an inconvenience for even asking her to exchange the tank. Asking “You just decided now that you needed propane at 9:20 at night?”, when he responded saying “I have 2 two year olds sleeping in a camper heated by propane” she responded with “Oh I’ve heard that story before”. We have taken our business elsewhere and will be contacting management. This is beyond appalling. Do better.

Shell is under new management now and is so clean. The owner at first was not so kind to staff but he is really a nice guy and so is his wife. I had to redo my review after getting to know him.
