An unpleasant session at Shell Gran. Impressively bad customer service, the woman behind the till seemed annoyed when we ordered two hamburgers. She thought there was a lack of ingredients to make the burgers we requested, which it seemed we should have known in advance. The mood didn't get any better when we kindly asked if it could hold two burgers. The answer was no, but I was the lucky one to get a limited edition burger with pickled red onion and truffle mayo. When we finally got the burger it was cold, the cheese wasn't melted, the french fries were soggy, the bread was dry and the truffle mayo and the pickled red onion were virtually absent. The salad was good and fresh for a change. Something worth mentioning is that we were the only customers in the store when we ordered, so this should have been unproblematic. A customer service course could be done, and you go a long way with a smile! It will probably be a long time until the next time, luckily. Good luck. Happy Easter!
