Been using APP. Today it wanted me re-verify. Too much hassle no more app. Was nice and easy now not worth trouble. No more shell or car washes.

This place is terrible. I went to put gas today, and after my car was scanned, the transaction was canceled for some reason. I went inside to explain the situation and asked the cashier for a refund. Instead of helping, she told me I had to call my bank. When I questioned her about it, she was rude and dismissive. Later, I called my bank, and they confirmed that she could have simply canceled it since the charge was only pending and not completed. This shows how unhelpful and careless their customer service is. No wonder this place has only a 3 rating—the service is awful, and customers end up paying the price for their lack of effort. Never coming back to this location no one should with this type of customer service
