There are several unhoused individuals loitering directly in front of the entrance to the store attempting to panhandle. The staff also lacks professionalism on FaceTime calls instead of being present with the customer. If you aren't in immediate need of fuel, I suggest going to a safer and more customer friendly environment.

This is by far the worst shell gas station to come to ,they are never open on time it's now 6: 30 am and they are still not open, The time clearly states 6 am till 10 pm, today is 05/26/2026, at 6:34 am

The Black lady with glasses on was so rude to customers, I asked her why the bathroom wasn't clean she ignored me something needs to be done about this lady
