This was my first time at this Shell. I went to get gas only. It needed paper towels at my pump and the window wash fluid needed to be filled up. The one over to my right had paper towels. This location has a McDonald's attached to it.

These people that work in the morning need to be fired in a paying customer and I literally watched them let someone use the restroom when I asked first the guy laugh and lie and says he go to cvs next door and the cvs next door is closed it’s been closed for a while now! I don’t like to pull this card but it has to do with me being black I will not be spending money there anymore and make sure others know as well!! I understand they don’t let the homeless go in the restroom because they dirty it real bad but why lie to me a paying customer and say the pipe broke when I just saw another guy go in there! I didn’t wanna argue I just walked away!!
