Shell is pretty near Houston Maritime Museum. A number of people point out that the service is nice. Some guests suppose that they came across good prices at Shell. Many clients who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Very dishonest mechanic. My A/C was not working. Took it in for diagnosis. They put a UV dye into the system and showed me where the dye was leaking out. Also said the compressor was "weak" and needed to be replaced. $1500 all said and done. Took it somewhere else and they said there was no leak. The Shell mechanic had used a UV marker to make it look like there was a leak. The second mechanic simply wiped the marker off showing there was no leak. And the compressor was not "weak". It just needed it's clutch replaced. $300. I was in shock that Shell would completely fabricate a diagnosis like this. Who knows how many people they have taken advantage of.

My neighborhood is cursed by this gas station. Gouging prices. Today I made the mistake of trying to get a few gallons of gas, bc I needed coffee and to clean my windows. The windshield cleaner liquid was filthy and the squeegee was in terrible shape. My window was dirtier than when I arrived. The store was closed, at 7:40 during rush hour. No coffee, dirty windshield, overpaid for gas. Had to go to the circle k down the road for coffee and clean windows.
