Do not purchase a car wash! The machine stop in the middle of washing my car! I paid for the Ultimate Car wash! Took my money! I asked about it inside they have no idea! SMH! Ridiculous! Some Shells have horrible customer service!

I asked your cashier for the things I would like to buy behind the counter in Spanish. He act as if he did not understand me. So I proceeded to ask him in English and he still continues to act as if he’s in incompetent. I use the word incompetent because my English is nothing less than perfect. I am fluent. I stepped aside out of frustration. He then signaled a Hispanic group to come over, they checked out in Spanish with little to no effort. I will never return to this place. I did not enjoy my experience because it was unprovoked discrimination, and poor reflection on Shell.
