I would like to tell the manager of this establishment, Mrs. Marlen, that if she is not fit to work in customer service, she should look for another job, because it is awful to see and hear how she treats her customers and cashiers.

Poorly maintained pump nozzles allowed me and my motorcycle to get a gas bath when the locking bar locked the nozzle in the open position due to a faulty or missing spring mechanism. It's a simple thing that caused me a big headache, which should not be an issue anywhere let alone at a premium Shell branded fueling station. I will not be returning.
