The only thing that disappoints when you visit Shell is the friendly staff. From the visitors' viewpoint, the downscale service doesn't meet customers' expectations. As guests state, moderate prices might disappoint you a little. This place is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Absolutely horrible. They lock the ice cream chest like at 8pm and the old hag behind the counter gets an attitude when asked why. Horrible section of drinks and beers, over priced. I only go for the gas now cause of shell rewards. I used to come here all the time before the renovation. After the renovation they hired new staff and that’s when things went down hill. All the staff I’ve seen here are old and angry. Not sure why. I stopped going into the store cause of the hostility and only get gas but now I’m wondering why support them? Plenty of gas stations closer to me with welcoming people like the Valero on briar forest. Don’t waste your time coming here unless you HAVE to and be prepared for angry geezers
