It's nice to order good coffee. Shell is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, prices are attractive. But this place hasn't achieved a high rating from Google users.

Decided to use this services at 3am , staff seen me pullin in ,but chose to ignore, standing by window for several minutes. Just ignoring customers , will not be coming back as it is not worth wasting my time for nothing

0130am 22/12 staff member didn't even acknowledge us waiting at the window. Terrible service.

Getting a letter through the door from these crooks saying I have not paid for £15 worth of fuel and they now want me to pay £50 even though it clearly shows me going into garage paying as I got some food as well. Probably the staff didn’t put through as I paid cash and pocketed the money for the petrol for themselves. Absolute crooks steer clear I won’t ever be using any Shell garage again!!
