Apple Pay! The giving pump! Convenient! Quick service! The pumps usually have enough paper to actually print receipts! Workers are on top of their game. Clean pumps. Good outdoor music!

During the workweek, there are 2 guys working and the store never opens on time. The coffee is made after the store opens, they should start it earlier so the coffee is ready when customers come in. The one guy is always stocking the tobacco items after the store should be open. They use to open around 5am, which is very convenient for people going to work. This is the worst operated from a customer standpoint of any of the stores in the area. There is a dark haired lady that is there occasionally during the week, when she is there (I think by herself) she has every thing ready when the store opens. The Indian lady that works on the weekends does a good job as well.

I went for a car wash and my car was not clean afterwards so I asked for a refund, Adam kept insisting the car was clean and then said he can’t do a refund as I bought the wash at the kiosk. After insisting it was not clean he refunded me for the first car wash and told me I had to buy an additional car wash, after I told him I didn’t want another car wash. The other employee stepped in and assisted me with the remainder of my transaction in which I finally got a refund. Horrible customer service from Adam and the owner of the franchise, definitely recommend going 10 minutes down the street to the other Shell.
